Refund Policy

At TrendingTons UAE, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and logistics, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for any orders once they are placed and confirmed.

No refund will be provided in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Delays caused by courier or customer availability
  • Unwanted items

2. Replacement Policy (Damage / Defect Only)

We provide replacement only, under the following conditions:

✔️ Eligible for Replacement:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong item delivered

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging

3. Replacement Request Timeline

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Required evidence:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Video showing the damage/defect
  • Order number and details

4. Inspection & Approval

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
If approved, a replacement will be arranged for the same product or an equivalent available item.

5. Return Pickup

  • In some cases, we may arrange a pickup of the damaged/defective item.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or shipped.
